This 4-day course is the first step in becoming a paid, "Certified Training Associate" team member with Sisterlocks. Training consists of a combination of classroom work, observations and practice teaching sessions. After successful completion, graduates will be required to do two unpaid apprentice trainings with two different Master Trainers (MTs) at two different training venues. Their skill level will be evaluated by the Master Trainer and by the Training Supervisor.
