NOTE: Our concentrated shampoos no longer automatically come with applicator bottles for diluting the product. However, you may still purchase applicator bottles as needed.

I placed a order with them for some shampoo never got it. I even email them about it never respond. At this point I just want my money back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
